Chaka Khan: ‘Through The Fire’ Healed Kanye West

Looks like Chaka Khan is doing more than just pleasing people with her voice these days - she’s also healing the lives of fellow musicians.
According to a story on Taletela.com, Khan’s song “Through the Fire” helped musician Kanye West get through a particularly hard part of his life. (What that was hasn’t been made clear, though it seems to have been some sort of accident.)
He was so moved, in fact, that he used a sample of the track in one of his own songs.
What Khan didn’t know, though, is that he sped up the speed of her voice and, essentially, turned her into a member of Alvin and the Chipmunks.
She didn’t mind after finding out, though. Khan was just glad the song helped Kanye heal. What a nice lady.
